Can I trial a product before purchasing?
We offer a 1 week trial period on a select range of our products. If you’re planning to deploy more than 50 units for your company, please contact us to find out if you might be eligible for a free trial.

What are my payment options?
We accept payment via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), wire / bank / funds transfer and Apple Pay. There is no surcharge for payments made via credit or debit cards.

Do you provide support and installation with the purchase of hardware?
Most of the items listed are designed to be plug and play. If you need further assistance, we provide basic email and telephone support on any hardware you purchase online. 

Do you provide maintenance with the purchase of hardware?
We work with select authorised partners in Singapore to provide your maintenance services of select hardware brands you purchase online. Please contact us for more details.
